This is certainly the most interesting job transition FashionTV has ever seen! Zahia Dehar has gone from Paris's most notable escort to Paris's most notable couture lingerie fashion designer? Well, she may not be as famous as Victoria's Secret or Etam just yet, but this 19-year old is certainly on her way. The debut of this couture lingerie line took place at the Palais de Chaillot where guests took in lifesize models of Dehar's naked body and mini white chocolate versions of the designer. Her lookbook was photographed by (gasp!) Karl Lagerfeld.
